The
film portrays limited action ending in a resolution. The story
of the film ends when the conflict
presented in the beginning is solved as far as the
protagonist is concerned.
Structurally
the end is the third act of a three-act film. It usually lasts
about 1/4 of the duration of the entire film. The end of a
two-hour film lasts about half an hour.
