Grip
works on the set for several different departments (in theater
he would be called the stagehand). Lighting grips trim, disperse
and prepare the light.
Gaffer
is the main electrician on the set and he is responsible for
lighting the shot according to the Cinematographer's
directions. Gaffer supervises over his electricians on the
light placement before and during the shooting.
Spark
installs and adjusts the lights under gaffer's supervision.
