Sequence

  1. A part of film with continuous action consisting of several scenes.

  2. A term that has transferred from computer vocabulary into film editing and sound editing. Sequence means an entity formed by several picture or sound files, reference files. In one film project there can be several sequences, for example, each edited version can have its own sequence.
